Avista Outdoor Movie Rentals is the premier outdoor movie and inflatable screen company in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our outdoor movie rental packages are affordable and perfect for audiences from 10 to 500 people. Your outdoor movie package will include everything you need for a perfect outdoor movie, including high quality screens, projectors, and sound systems. We even provide extension cords and power strips, and our popcorn machines are a favorite add on.

Our small and medium-size audience packages (for audiences up to 250 people) can be easily setup yourself, or we offer full service delivery, setup, operation and breakdown services, your choice! If doing it yourself, you can pickup your rental at either our San Francisco (south of Market, near AT&T Park), San Jose or Walnut Creek locations. We show you everything you need to know to setup your outdoor movie, and then are available for free phone support 24/7. Avista also provides everything you need for your rental, including extension cords and power strips. Our weekend rental policy is designed for the great ease: you can pickup your outdoor movie package on Friday after 1pm, and return it anytime before noon on the following Monday, and this period counts as just a one-day rental.

Our delivery area extends from Monterey county to the south, Sonoma county to the north, and out to the Tracy/Stockton area to the east. Our customers include consumers (birthday parties, graduation parties, pool parties, sporting events, video game parties), neighborhood groups, PTA's, apartment complexes, city parks departments, film festivals and companies.
